Shrink a Lot - Too Small

The size of large was about right before washing. After washing, it is a bit less than medium: too tight in chest and waist; sleeves are short. The button hole are too close to the edge to look right or work right. Post-wash, they have a soft, light-wrinkle look that I find ok in a clausal shirt.
