This is one of those items I purchased to "mis-purpose." I am not using them as lamp shades; I am using them as baffles to reduce the sound of the bathroom fan. I'm not sure they work that well for that purpose, but I find them so interesting to look at, I'm glad I got them, and in fact, will likely "mis-use" them again.
