Arrived quickly and intact. Worked out of the box, and setup and configuration were nearly painless. Quiet and efficient. Microscopic print on the front is a bit hard for old eyes, but seldom needs any intervention to keep a 1200-foot ole'-time basement with a concrete floor cool and dry.

We've been using this dehumidifier for 1 month. So far it does a great job. We have a 2 gallon dehumidifier in the basement and use this purchase on the main floor. With the unusually high humidity this summer we empty both water tanks 3x/day. I've only cleaned the tank once - it doesn't easily develop mold.

Do like that it was easy to use the hose attachment to bypass the bucket and eliminate the need to empty the bucket on a regular basis.
