This is a terrible eyelash curler. It pinches something awful, no matter how you maneuver it. I contacted seller, was told by Walmart seller would contact me in 48 hours. I have not heard a word from them. I let Walmart know, but have not gotten a response. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
