This grooming tool is what I was looking for. My cat sheds a LOT! I bought this to replace a regular brush that didn't reach the deep down fur. Using this tool removes ALL the deep down fur. I think summer feels better when that extra fur is gone. And the furniture stays cleaner too.

I'm happy to share that this kind of grooming device WORKS! The wife thoroughly brushed our shedding 95lb 5yr old German Shepherd just this morning - left a tall trash can filled with his hair...I came home to find my Walmart delivery and decided to try it out.
