when I chatted with customer service on the app. I had one problem with my Freezer. It had several little dents on the lid chest freezer the only one I was concerned about was on the front of the lid. but it didn't effect the closing. So they said return it. well I don't have a car-truck so that's a no there. So they offered me $6.5O off on price. "I told them to keep their money" So I forgot about it now. but it looks USED. it serves its function %26 purpose.
