- Since 1964, Aveiro is using traditionnal Hand-Packed Portuguese techniques -  Each filets of tuna " Filetes de Atum" has been carefully cut from the fish and has been manually packed into each can.

- Omega 3 and High protein content - Each can contains 15g of protein and around 350 mg of Omega 3s. In addition to these healthy fats it also has high doses of  vitamin B12 and selenium. Canned tuna has a lower fat content than fresh tuna due to processing and canning techniques, leading to lower calorie content i.e only 110 calories per serving. Perfectly suitable for various diet including Keto, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Dash, Mediterranean, or Ayurvedic diet.
