Lather hair and scalp. Leave on lather for 20-40 seconds. Rinse off. Do this twice (repeat same procedure right afterwards). Use only 2-3 times per week. If you wish, you can use any mild shampoo of your choice on the days that you do not use Hair&Scalp Doctor Shampoo. For external use only.
