Every Tallow Dry Skin Moisturizer is filled fresh, sealed with a protective inner tab, and carefully packaged before shipment. In some cases, due to natural tallow consistency and temperature changes during transport, a small amount of product may appear on the inside of the flip-top lid. This does not indicate prior use. It is simply a result of filling the jar fully and the product shifting during shipping. When this concern was brought to our attention, we immediately offered a replacement and additional compensation to ensure customer satisfaction. Although those options were declined, we promptly issued a full refund upon request.
