1 1/2 Level Teaspoons (approx. 5 g)
Instructions
Mix 1 1/2 level teaspoons in fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times daily, before and after exercise, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance use, consume 1 to 3 times daily. Allow 3 to 4 hours between doses. For continuous use beyond 28 days, use one serving daily. Consume plenty of fluids with this product. Store in a cool, dry, dark place after opening.

Excellent For Muscle Development & Brain Metabolism
First time using creatine. Combining it with whey isolate drink twice a day to spread out availability. Appears to be effective for muscle development. Recently read that creatine is important for healthy brain metabolism so that's another benefit.

A Very Good Product
This is only my opinion but I do believe this product helps me look great by helping me look physically fit. I take the time to faithfully work out everyday plus I do my yoga poses and stretching, some before my workout some following my workout. When I look in the mirror at myself I can truly, objectively saw I look good especially when it is taken into consideration I am 85 years old! That's my goal accomplished I work at staying in healthy shape for my clients as an example for what can be if one is willing to put forth the effort.
