New formula awful

Do not buy the new formula it says new on it I've used it and you cannot get it out of the bottle I bought the old formula it is the best and it covers the best. I had a hard time finding it but thankfully Walmart had it.

It came out reddish

I used this shade 7 for many years, and it was wonderful, calm, truly natural blond. Covered grays well also. About a year ago (when they put Drew on the box) it started to come out as a strange reddish blond… the gray coverage diminished and the dye now is very thick. It looks like many other reviewers had the same problem. I will try light ash brown, but if that comes out disturbingly red, I am going to switch brands.
