Item arrived very damaged in 1 of 3 boxes you receive, they seller offered to resend one of the boxes after spending a lot of time taking and sending pictures of the damage and associating each piece to the part number in the manual. 2nd box arrived with the same damage in bottom of box. Item is cheaply made and packaging is even worse. Requested money back but they would only offer $100 back and take all the parts to shed repair shop which doesn't exist. They would not give a refund and had to escalate to Walmart. Still waiting on refund from Walmart which they said would take another week and have to box all these damaged parts up and send it back taking more of my time. The parts are so damaged they don't fit back in box either. DO NOT BY THIS ITEM.

This thing was a disaster from the get go. I would like to have a talk with their quality department!!!! First of all its really hard to put something together without written instructions and explanations. Picures just don't work!!! Because you can't tell what side is up or down and which way to turn the parts. And A LOT of the holes didn't line up, which made it that much more difficult. Several of the parts were bent, some really bad. We spent more time taking this thing back apart and putting it back together due to the lack of instructions!!! We had to make new holes just to get the roof pieces to line up. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life!!! This was a project that should have been very easy to put together!!! Instead it took 3 days and several broken drill bits!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! If we hadn't already invested so much time I would have sent it back and asked for a refund !!! I will never purchase anything like this again from this company!!!
