I've moved to mung bean thin string instead of angel hair pasta, because it's higher in protein and fiber, but lower in carbs and starches. I prefer thin or angel hair pasta or noodles because I prefer the taste of the sauce and toppings and wish to avoid bread, bread pastas, and wheat.
