Love!

I started from Kickstarter and bought more. About to place my 3rd order. These are the BEST spatulas for baking. I wish it showed a photo of the back (and I'm not home with mine) the back doesn't have a hard ridge like kock offs.

Don't try to live without these!

I had to replace my older wood handled "spoonula" and looked at options and then remembered by joy with by GIR spatula. So, I ordered a skinny and an ultimate and just couldn't be happier. I bake bread and manage starter and the GIR skinny is the perfect companion to these endeavors. I've never been disappointed with a GIR purchase! Elated? Yes!

love it

I especially love the matching color chain. I use this almost daily for everything. I love how stiff it is and it allows me to scrape up everything from my pans so there is no waste. I can use this and leave it in my pan and it doesn't burn my hand or overheat.
