I'm 5'1" tall, about 105 lbs. Small should fit ( typically wear a size 4 these days in pants), but I'm pear shaped and have hips and a bum, so these were just too tight in the bottom. Also they are EXTREMELY long and short folks will need to hem them. But it's cute, a good value, nice color, decent fabric, and will order it again in medium. Returning size small, ordering a medium.
