The Remo Fiberskyn head itself is mounted on a sweet banjo with a half-inch-thick maple rim topped with a rolled-brass hoop (very old timey). The comfy maple A-scale neck (tuned two frets higher than the standard G banjo) has a rosewood fretboard complete with scoop, and both the neck and the rim wear a rich brown satin finish. Other furnishings include a No Knot tailpiece, a reproduction of the early 1900s armrest (secured by the banjo's bracket hooks), and vintage Fairbanks-style headstock shape.
