Cleaned my wood deck (Approx 1600 square feet) and concreate patio (approx 250 square feet) in less than 2 hours. Normally takes two days. I was still dry at the end and had not changed to water proof leggings and boots as normal. Handle seems a bit flimsy when trying to go sideways but as long as you are not rough with it. It should be ok. Found best way to use it was do a slowish double pass along each length of timber and it removed about 95% of slippery moss and slime.

My wife really likes this attachment. She is able to clean a larger area and not leave the streaks she leaves will just a wand. For cleaning deck and sidewalks this works very well. She still has to wand the edges but this gets the rest much easier.
