My friend put this treadmill together by herself in about 40 min. I did not like the fact that the plastic piece over the motor was cracked in 2 places, one on very top, and in corner. Whoever put this piece on did not care that they broke it, and sent out that way. We took the plastic piece over motor and noticed problem was the metal bolt hole pice was bent out, which made the cover crooked and bolt not align, therefore cracked top piece, we straightened metal piece and put super glue on the one Crack, but could not corner. So treadmill works great, it has 15 different programs, and a place for my tablet and water bottle. Treadmill has a hydraulic lift, so it is easy to lift and to lower without slamming down. I wish it had wheels to make it easier to move around, I guess you could use sliders.

Works well, small for small areas However the belt is to narrow the handles to close to your hands. A confined feeling since your arms need to be folded, if you drop yours hands they will bump into handles. The belt moves needs to be aligned, cup holder to small, and the side one too flimsy to hold one. Easy to fold and un fold. Minimal assembly needed, (a plus) the program is pretty good it'll give you a good sweat( Lol) but Over all not what I expected from this machine, would like a wider belt and more space from handles!!
