Awesome foot comfort
The arch supports are awesome !!! They are very comfortable, and they make my shoes that do not have arch support comfortable to wear. They are entirely made from a gel, so there are no hard or sharp parts on them. They are firm, yet soft. I did find that wearing them on a cold floor, they seemed to transfer cold to my feet, so to fix that, I just put them on after my socks. When wearing them on the outside of my socks, I could still slide my shoes on with minimal shifting of the arch supports. When I have the arch supports on under my socks, they did not shift at all when I slide my shoes on. They are very easy to clean, you can just put a little soap on them and wipe the soap around on them, then just rinse them under the faucet. I put them on a towel to dry and shortly, they are ready to wear again. I think they will last for years, and keep continue being easy to clean and care for. The supports, gently support my arch, and so far have been very comfortable to wear. I wore them while walking around at a fair all day, and my feet did not get sore or tired. I think these work very well. I have very small feet, and these work well and fit well. They are stretchy enough to be useful for just about any size foot. I am very happy with them. I love wearing these!!!
great arch support
I really like these arch supports. They slip on your foot and stay in place. The only thing is I could not figure out which way to face them forward. The instructions are little to none. I had to go on the website to figure it out. Once I did that no problems and they are comfortable and easy to clean when needed. I don't have flat feet but the extra support as I have gotten older makes a world of difference in my feet.

Great holiday gifts for those who stand all day on their feet! Measure 7" in diameter and not stretched out The arch support area, from the front to the back each insole measures 4" My insoles pair are size small and fit with ease. I tried them on my 7 1/2 foot and daughter's size 9 1/2 foot. Whitish-clear in color. I cannot see them while wearing, which is nice. To wear you just slip the tube (sleeve) onto your foot. You can adjust to fit under the arch of the foot. These are soft, adjustable, washable and reusable. Set of 2 in each package. Not foot specific - fits either foot. Two gender-neutral sizes to choose for your foot. Made from a soft gel type of material that feels strong, not like it's going to break while wearing. They seem cool and light, they don't feel weird like silicone can sometimes feel. They do not make the foot sweaty. They really do help gently support and feels like its keeping my foot stretched to help relieve stress - these work! Zen Toes Arch Support Insoles gel sleeves are very comfortable to wear. I've been wearing for three days now, and I really do not feel them on my feet inside my flat bottom tennis shoe. Pastry Chef daughter tried these for the day and said, "WOW! I can feel the difference standing. I can feel the support throughout the day and my feet do not seem to be near as tired and sore."
