- Directions: This urethane requires the use of DINITROL 538 PLUS Primer, this is not a primerless urethane. All bonding areas must be clean, dry and free from all contaminates. The glass must be pretreated with either the one-step-primer 538 plus, or with the Activator Plus. If there is no existing urethane on the pinchweld to use as a substrate, apply either 538 Plus or D-530 to the pinchweld bonding area.
- Method of use: The application of the DINITROL 9000 is done by extrusion out of foil wraps and cartridges. Requires power caulking gun or 26:1 thrust ratio to properly dispense. Product has very high viscosity and can not be dispensed without proper equipment. The use of this product is suitable only for experienced users. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.

Polyurethane adhesive for auto windscreen direct glazing. Direct glazing applied cold adhesive.
The black colored one component applied cold polyurethane adhesive is designed for the direct-glazing of automotive glasses.
The product enables a 45min-1hr safe drive away once applied for customer convenience. DINITROL 9100 provides good adhesion on paints with excellent working characteristics. The fast curing, low conductive, high elasticity, OEM approved, and cold applied adhesive works on all vehicles whilst in ambient temperatures from -18 deg C to 45 deg C. Storage in closed packaging between 0 and 35 C.

DINITROL 538 Plus is a one-step primer for windscreen bonding. DINITROL 538 Plus is a solvent containing, physically and chemically drying black primer which promotes the adhesion between the glass/paint surface and the direct glazing adhesive and acts as a UV protection.
- One-step glass primer for the ceramic coating
- Pretreatment of RIM and paints
- Long life primer (no reaction within 3 months)
- Inhibits rust in small nicks and scratches
- Compatible with all DINITROL adhesive systems
Application temperature 5 C - 40 C - Application method felt / brush
Drying time > 5 min *
Adhesion with direct glazing Polyurethanes on glass-frit:
- with activator - good
- without activator - good
Shelf life 12 months
Important Note:
Due to its reactivity with moisture, the primer has to be used within 1 week after bottle has been opened (if properly sealed). DINITROL 538 Plus should not be used if the product has remained opened for an extended amount of time. Replace inner seal and cap tightly and immediately after each use to ensure maximum shelf life. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only
