Smart Use: Once FryAway is added, oil may not be consumed or reused for cooking. May become liquid again at temps exceeding 120 degrees F / 49 degrees C. For animal fats/grease start with 1/2 recommended amount of FryAway. If oil doesn't solidify, reheat and add more FryAway powder. If oil sticks to the pan, warm pan to loosen. Do not scrape. Amount of Oil (Volumes are approximate) - 1 cup (8 fl oz - 250 ml): Scoops needed - = 1 scoop, Amount of Oil (Volumes are approximate) (4 cups 32 fl oz - 1 L 1 quart): Scoops needed - = 4 scoops, Amount of Oil (Volumes are approximate) (10 cups 80 fl oz - 2.5 L 2.5 quarts): Scoops needed - = 10 scoops. Best if stored in a cool, dry place.
Safe Handling Instructions
FryAway Pan Fry is best when cooking with smaller amounts of oil. One scoop solidifies 1 cup of oil, for a total of 10 uses/10 cups per product. Just stir FryAway Cooking Oil Solidifier powder into hot oil until fully dissolved, cool down and toss away the hardened oil into organic waste bin or trash.

Fry away - oil to trash
My wife bought lots of cooking oil and it just sat in our cupboard and expired. Now it up to me to get rid of it. FryAway does a great job at this. I can put about 1.5 gal. in a big pot, heat it up and add one full packet of fryaway. In about 3 to 4 hours, the oil is a solid mass. I coop it into a plastic bag and put it in the trash.

Absolute game changer! I hated cleaning the skillet after frying foods, especially chicken fried steak. Fry Away is super easy to use and since it congeals the oil and ALL the leftover bits, you just pop it out of your pan and throw it in the trash. Being plant based is a big bonus! This product is wonderful. It does exactly what it said it would do. Just sprinkler some in hot grease and this stir this product will harden and you can just pick the grease up and throw it away in the trash. This product was on a shark tank and on another show explaining how to use it, and it works perfectly fine.
