DC Universe Classics Exclusive Green Lanterns Light Action Figure 5Pack Tomar Re, Sinestro, Hal Jordan, John Stewart Guy Gardner

First of all I am a huge Green Lantern fan so this set was a dream come true. Each Lantern comes with his own power Battery. here's a review on each one of the figures 1. Hal Jordan w/ White temples... This is the pre parallax version of Hal, I love it my only complaint is we have seen this same hal Jordan figure mold for ev er... it still stands the test of time though. 2. Tomar Re he is the Finheaded beak nosed alien creature, this is a first for DC Universe, his head is wonderful his body is...Hal jordans.. my only complaint is nit picky, but I believe Tomar only had 3 or 4 fingers so the figure is not comic accurate 3. Sinestro He is one of my favorite characters and it is nice to finally have him as a green lantern. he again uses the Hal Jordan body which is fine but there are two problems with him again nit picky.. he is not wearing a mask and most of the time Now-a-Days sinestro is always depicted as wearing a mask when he is a green lantern and the other problem is he usaully wears his ring on the left hand not the right. Still amazing figure. 4. John Stewart in Mossaic costume- Meh, I dont really like this costume, it is strange... yet it is John stewart and it is great for fans of the comic he uses a more physically fit body mold as opposed to the more lanky Hal Jordan Body, it is a nice change from the others in the set 5. Guy Gardner this is probably the figure that will make this set very hard to come by. Guy Gardner is a cool character with a unique body mold he is another first. and he is a very popular character. I love this figure yet there are some, again nit picky things with him. He is taller then the rest of the lanterns in the set which is kind of annoying since he really isnt in the comics. And he has his old hair style... which not many people like. of course this is classic Guy so I guess its ok but he still looks like hes stuck in the 90's Anyways this is a fantastic set, if you are a fan of Green Lantern You MUST OWN THIS. My only major gripe is the price it cost upwards of 60 dollars but I guess that is the price you pay for greatness :-) Happy Hunting!

Ok first I'll have to admit I'm a bit of a fanboy. As a kid I was always a Marvel Zombie and didn't read any DC titles. Then I bought my first Super Powers figure and it happened to be Hal Jordan and I was hooked. Now of course both companies drain my wallet each month. I have since become a huge Guy Gardner fan and loved the Mosiac story line, so to me this set was worth it for the Guy figure and the John Stewart repaint but $12 a figure, we haven't paid that for these figures for couple of years now. Great set, very nice packaging and a great deal.
