troubleshooting:
a) After the red LED blinks, it stays on and does not turn green.
. The pin on the Resetter is not in good contact with the chip on the ink cartridge. The contacts may be dirty or greasy.
2. If the ink cartridge is not a genu ine for brand ink cartridge, the chip may not be compatible with the Resetter.
3. If the ink cartridge is an for brand ink cartridge, it may be that the chip is burned out or for has changed the chip design. But our Resetter can still reset and level with this cartridge, but the green light is not on.
4. If it still doesn't work, it may be out of power, it is better to change a battery.
b) The printing effect is not good.
. You may be using poor quality ink. We recommend using inks specifically matched to for  colors and other characteristics. (Especially when printing digital photos.)
2. Air bubbles in the ink. To avoid this, fill the ink very slowly. Also, allow the ink cartridges to reset for 24 hours before use, with the ink outlet nozzles pointing down.
