Love the completeness of this product. Getting Swanson products lately has been hit or miss tho. It doesn't seem to be the companies fault, but rather the fault of the post office. Sometimes I get the products right away and sometimes it takes a month or more

By taking this product twice a daily, along with a multivitamin, modifying my diet to include more vegetables, dairy and grains, increasing my activity level to include more weight-bearing; such as walking, taking stairs instead of elevators, etc. I have had excellent results.
