This is a beautiful looking counter height stool. The directions on putting it together are visual rather than written, so takes a bit of time to figure out. Place the locking washer onto the screw first followed by the flat washer prior to inserting into pre-drilled holes. This was the hardest part of the diagram to see. There were some plastic knobs on the bottom of the stool feet which I was afraid would dig into and scratch my floors. I pulled them off with some pliers and used felt pads. So far so good. My only complaint is that I ordered two 24 inch stools and they sent me a 24 inch and a 29 inch stool. Glad I used the free shipping and had them sent to the store as I was able to return the 29" one. Kind of a hassle as I now have to reorder.

I love these stools! Comfortable, rich looking, and very easy to put together. One thing that helps when attaching the legs is to keep the screws a little loose it helps with lining up the holes. Tighten when you get them all in. We get lots of compliments.
