Bob Evans Gluten-Free Single Serve Original Mashed Potatoes, 12 oz, 2 Ct Cups

I use these potato's a few times a week. Easy and convenient. You can pop them into the micro wave or I start with chopped onions and brown them in a fry pan. Then add the taters. They just need to be heated. Goes very well with morning eggs or as a side dish at dinner. No waste. Very creamy texture, generous portion for an individual. And TASTY too,

REAL mashed potatoes. No fake flavorings or preservatives and super fast to heat up. The only reason I give texture 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you accidentally overheat them they can seem a little rubbery or heavy. But the flavor remains consistent even if that happens. It just becomes a texture issue. lol. They're really good though and take less than 2 mins from start to finish. Fabulous as a cold or rainy night "comfort food" snack and also delicious with a meal . The small size is especially nice when there's just one or two of us or if I'm too lazy to make homemade. Great Mashed potatoes. Better than most restaurants. They DO NOT taste like nasty instant or other mashed potatoes. Add butter, salt and pepper and you're set. Remember to stir after one minute in the microwave. That's the secret.
