I am so pleased to have these boots 'in hand,' or 'on foot' as the case may be. I am ordering them again in this order. I've had a pair stolen from my stoop, difficulties with interpreting other countries wear sizes, cancelations, limited sizes available. I am having some health problems that initiated a few falls. I tripped down the last two steps of my basement. I fell up the basement steps, when doing my laundry. I'm still trying to comprehend how that is even possible. I am no spring chicken or a child. I have to lay where I land and access myself for any further injuries. The worst fall was when I fell down the concrete step in my yard. I had some stuff in my hands and was unable to break that fall. I hit the concrete with such impact, the upstairs neighbor heard it and asked me if I was okay. That one hurt and made me cross, I mumbled something to the effect of, "as okay as one can be with all these falls." Point being boots lend me much more stability and confidence, to get up and around eithout fearing another fall. My Doctor said they are the response(s) of a trauma I recently experienced. I can't seem to figure what one thing has to do with the other. Though I do find solice in the fact that there does exist an explanation of sorts. I'll be wearing my boots until the trauma responses go away, if they go away. They BETTER - aah haah. I forgot to ask the doctor about that. Just in case, I'm not throwing caution in the wind. I'll be purchases more boots from the only store I shop at. They still demonstrate care for their customers. They have demonstrated their care for me time and time again, earning my loyalty unwaveringly. Thank you Walmart.com!
