Directions for Preparation and Use:Warning: your baby's health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions could result in sever harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the appropriate formula for your baby. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor.Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula.Step 1Pour desired amount of water into bottle.Step 2Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.9g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. we haven't been able to find this formula anywhere I don't suggest anybody starting their kid on it because once you do it is hard to switch to any other type of soy none of the other soy brands are equal to this one and this one is so hard to find I cannot express enough how much of a stress it has been to not be able to find it and thankful that you guys got it again to where I can have it shipped thank you Lord hoping to be able to buy more soon please keep this item available we need it I will spend every dollar I got on stocking up soon

Great product, worked wonders for my son
My son was having terrible reflux, gas pains, belly discomfort, congestion etc with anything dairy, even nutramigen. We first tried a different soy formula which caused severe constipation (think pellets), decided to try this one and has been phenomenal for him!! No reflux, gas pains, congestion has cleared up etc. He also poops great with this. I still give him one ounce of pear juice a day as I found that makes it even better to move his stools. He has been the healthiest and happiest with this.
