I was honestly really nervous about how the quality would be when placing my order. I paid for the excellent condition and was pleasantly surprised because the phone was pretty much brand new. No scratches, and a few little dots on the side of the phone but barely noticeable. The battery was at 100% health and came with a screen protector. Once again, I am pleasantly surprised and will be ordering in the future. I never write reviews unless I am super satisfied with my purchase. This is one of those times!

I really like the iPhone 11 - it has a lot of convenient features that make life a lot easier. However, my phone does glitch a bit from time to time - depending on what app I'm using, random buttons get pressed (without me touching them) and the screen loops between windows. The last time that it glitched, I was barely able to reset it, which is a bit concerning for me

Thank you for your message; the phone was received in good work king order and great condition. I did notice after the update it only Haden and I do need a 128gb iPhone 11 or 12. I have returned the original, wipeout the contents. If you have a 128gb iPhone 11 or 12 please let me know.
