I would not recommend buying these candles. The candles change color on their own (individually, not as a group when programmed not to) and turn on and off (individually, not as a group when programmed not to) on their own and doesnt have anything to do with the timer option either. I have tried removing batteries...setting the timer and color...even if you are not using tye timer, they turn on and off on there own. If i come home ans turn on the candles with the remote, one of the candles may tuen off on 30 min on its own...another one night change colors without being set to change color....one candle came on ny itself in the middle of the day. ALSO, After less than a week of using these candles (that seem to be possessed) less than 2 hours a day, one of the candles won't burn as bright anymore I changed the batteries and it didn't make a difference. I have other brands of the color changing candles in other rooms that work perfectly. So this is not user error. If I return these, I have to pay for shipping which would cost about as much as one set cost. Waste of money. Buy a different brand and get them from where you can return in store.
