Well constructed, seem to handle heavy loads. The only negative thing is the rotating hand grips don't lock into place. It uses a plastic detent which allows the handles to move position while under load/weight.

Highest priced, but least functional

The handtruck has a large plate/shelf. This design does not convert to a cart style available with The weight of this handtruck is cumbersome. Unfolding is difficult due to weight and design. The wheels are large, but fold flat against the handtruck for storage. Unfortunately, locking wheels into position is difficult, but required for functioning. Handgrips are comfortable, but easily swing out of any useable position. Stacked with 4 partially- filled bankers boxes this handtruck was impossible to roll on medium-pile carpeting. This item is being returned to Sam's Club. Due to a cumbersome design and weight repacking this item has been a tremendous stuggle...even after folding it flat. IMPORTANT: This handtruck does NOT convert to a rolling- cart style offered at Sam's Club.
