Nothing is perfect 100% of the time.

This is the second alternator I purchased in three years. The first unit failed when the battery terminal came loose internally and the alternator stopped charging. This second unit failed after three weeks and less than 100 miles. Jeg's Customer Service has been fantastic in handling warranty claims. I am giving this product three stars for quality and value due to the failures and the benefit of doubt that nothing man made is perfect 100% of the time.
