Excellent 'Light' Oil For Cooking and Baking

This is an excellent oil to use for cooking and baking. Because it is 'extra light', the olive oil taste is unnoticeable. I use this as a butter replacement for cooking (ex eggs) and baking (ex muffins) and everything comes out great. It is an excellent oil, especially that it is an olive oil, for high heat cooking, as olive oil in general should not be used for high heat because of the smoke point. But because the way this oil is processed, it is safe for medium and medium high heat cooking. LOVE that it is Organic. Only thing is I wish it came in a glass bottle instead of plastic. But otherwise still very much recommend.

Perfect high heat cooking oil

I love using olive oil only for cooking .. I use the virgin uncooked drizzled on food, and like using the refined for high heat like air fryer spray or deep frying or even making some popcorn . The flavor is neutral and I love that it is organic and coming from one country.. I only wish they carry the organic in larger size bottles..

Love this oil. Wish they would learn how to pack.

This is my go-to oil for everything from cakes to mayonnaise. Love it! Just wish Walmart would train their packing departments on how to pack the products for shipping so they would arrive in good condition. Two of my bottles have dents in them. And every time I have ordered online for shipping the products have been damaged. I haven't ordered online in a long time because of this. But I thought maybe they had trained them by now. My mistake.
