Inferior fabric %26 thread

Fabric is very cheap, picks easily, difficult to work with. Thread is inferior and shreds and pills. Pre-printed designs are so close together, they don't give you any room to work with to turn under edges, once you've cut out the designs. I love the designs themselves, vintage and very cute, and very simple to stitch. I was so excited when I saw them. But the thread is a deep, dark, beautiful black cherry, and the felt (thin, cheap!) backing they give you is a fire engine red. No bueno! You'd be better off (if you buy this pattern) to trace them on to different fabric, and give yourself some extra room to finish off the edges. Overall, they are not worth the money.
