Walmart and Bed Bath and Beyond ORder

I didn't realize when I purchased these runners that Walmart was putting the order through Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The rugs arrived, smelling strongly of mildew and looking more faded than the images online. I tried to return them and that's where the real trouble started. Walmart says it's Bed, Bath, and Beyond's problem and BBB says it's Walmarts. It's been over a month and I still can't get a refund. Buyer beware!!
