wrinkled, deformed, natty, and shrunk a little

It looks good in the wrapper, and fits close on initial try-on, but I wash before wearing - and it came out as a wrinkled, deformed, natty-looking top I wouldn't wear in public. I was charged $7 for it, so apparently Wal-Mark is aware of the faulty product. I didn't ask for a refund because it's not worth the effort to drive it to the local store.
