I don't know what it is but lately I've been having difficulties swallowing popcorn. So I have to be careful and have a glass of water nearby while sitting up. The cotton candy is delish and taste just as good being exposed to air to soften it up. The photo of the popcorn above is way too bold; the product I received is in an array of pastels. I think the price is kinda steep for 9 cups. On the other hand, I have no idea what all goes into a bag either. This was a nice treat; I'll be a return customer.
