Armstrong LiftMag SH lifting magnet is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME standard B30.20. Handy, light, safe, powerful, sturdy and durable. Ideal for lifting thick (non-flexing) steel plates, but also for lifting thin (flexing) plates. Place the magnetic sheet handler on a sheet metal and lift it. Lower its handle quickly to release sheet metal. Pick up just a single 1/16" or thicker sheet from a stack, without clinging others. Use two or four of the magnetic gripper with a spreader beam/frame to lift a thin sheet metal of big size. Ideal for quick manual transport plates or parts to increase productivity Note: Clean both contacting surfaces of the lifting magnet and steel parts. Always stay clear under lifted loads.
