Works

This RAM is boring green like it should be. No heat spreaders to make it look cool. What you get is rock solid, reliable RAM that meets Intel's standards for the latest Skylake processor. As always, Crucial RAM is compatible and it works the first time every time. The RAM does not look cool or have glowing LED bits to it. If you have a window on the side of your case perhaps you care about how your RAM looks. If you want compatible, reliable RAM that performs as advertised then this is your product.

16 GB RAM

Ordering from Crucial was great: the "Scan your computer" option they provide is accurate and allowed me to order RAM without any worries. The shipping was fast and the item was received in perfect working condition. Customer service is also fast and reliable. Very satisfied!!

So far, so good! Trouble-free upgrade.

I bought Crucial again because of my long experience with their excellent quality and compatibility. Cheaper RAM isn't a bargain if it causes instability or performance problems. I've never had to put extra troubleshooting time into a Crucial RAM upgrade -- just install it and go. The RAM boost gave a nice performance improvement on a system whose user insists on opening too many Exchange mailboxes all at once in Outlook.
