The majority of the fill (about 90% of the total fill weight) is feather, which is in the center chamber. The core provides great, resilient support due to the feather quills. The outer chambers are filled with 550 loft white down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Firm Support is a substantial, firm pillow. It is recommended for side sleepers who need quite a bit of support.
