I take Iron most days, because I rarely eat red meat. Swanson Premium Iron Citrate is one of only three types of Iron I will take. Swanson carries them all.As to Citrates - - - I like and use other Minerals in the Citrate form that Swanson carries, as well. . . . Magnesium Citrate and Potassium Citrate and Zinc Citrate. All nice products. Easy on my system, effective with no downside, and reasonably priced.If you feel like you need or want to pump Iron, I can strongly recommend Swanson Premium Iron Citrate. Good form of Iron, Good Potency, Good Price. Works for me.
