Rug is plush, true to color and size on website. When it arrived, half was rolled and half was folded. This created a seam that cannot be undone. The other half of the rug was rolled and it flattened immediately. It's not the rug that's the issue but the delivery! Disappointed.

The rug is beautiful, I wouldn't recommend taking the chance on the shipping process. They folded my rolled rug in half , tied with a rope and wrapped in white plastic to ship! Creased and ruin the rug right down the middle!! Never seen this practice for shipping a large rug, usually come rolled straight!!
