This lock looks nice but doesn't work. The first door we put it on the screen would not shut because the knob sticks out more than normal. We installed it in another door but it just continually beeps and will not program. Also the batteries get very hot so I would guess that's not safe. We contacted customer service so hopefully they can help us fix it or return it.
