Exercise bands
I first used bands like this in physical therapy a year ago. I was needing more at various strengths to continue my exercises. This pack is a real blessing!! At 66, gaining muscle is the only way I can keep moving. I've had both knees and both hips replaced and the muscles they cut to do that do not get strong again by themselves!!!!!
Great straps
These are great! They come in 3 different types, light, medium and heavy. They are a very good quality and will last a long time. Very flexible and I recommend them.
Nice set
This is a good set of bands. Each one has a noticably different elasticity. They are color coded so you can grab the one you want without looking for the end with the label. There is a slight latex smell, but nothing you wouldn't expect.
