Wrong sizing info

I bought this purse because others that were similar to it said they were only 12-13” and this one claims to be a little over 14” which is exactly what I need. However, it is about 11.5”, so technically not even a full foot! It's cute, but I don't appreciate the false advertising as it wastes my time finding the right thing. I'll be sending this back. Otherwise, it's a nice bag and it's cute, which is why I gave it 3 stars, but the inaccurate information was what brought it down first me.
