Never received and wasn't offered a replacement.

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and never received. Contacted customer service the morning of her birthday about why there had been no movement on my package at all and they said it was a shipping issue and that i wouldn't be getting my daughter's birthday present which was the ONLY thing she asked for and they would only offer me a refund not even a replacement. i was able to get her a pair of heelys locally, but not the hello kitty one's she wanted so she was very disappointed.
