To use, open pouch and remove patch. Clean and dry the affected area. Remove backing from patch and apply patch to affected area. Use 1 patch per knee for 8 to 12 hours, once per day. You may cut the patch to your desired size.

Great knee pain relief
These give me excellent knee pain relief for hours. I haven't bothered going to the doctors yet to find out the cause of the pain in my left knee as I have been just living with it. One of my coworkers gave me on of these to try and I was amazed how well it worked. I bought a few boxes and will be using these for as long as they keep giving me such great relief. There are two parts to each patch and the only complain I have is they can be a little tough to peel. Also, if you have hairy knees be prepared for the the feeling when pulling these off.
