Poor quality

I always get substituted these, and I am going to stop allowing that. These rolls aren't sliced all the way through. I inevitably end up ripping them trying to cut them open. The last time I purchased these was 10/23, and by 10/26 they were moldy. I had to throw the entire bag away. What a waste of money!
