2007 release of the 2nd of 2 complementary albums (quot;Between Twoquot; issued in March 2007) by from the team of classically trained composer Ned Bigham & producer/artist manager Chris Hufford (Radiohead, Gemma Hayes-who worked her magic on this set with quot;It's a Shamequot;), who together create unique unions of electronica, subtle beats & epic orchestral soundscapes. This disc focuses attention to the dynamic power voice. The tracks feature vocalists from 8 countries & was put together in a freeform manner. Inspired partly by the diversity of the 2 classic This Mortal Coil albums, the duo simply sent a list of singers the instrumental music with instructions to extemporize. The results are magical, all the more so because each singer independently chose a different track as inspiration. Each singer surpassed expectations that thrilled the duo. In one case, Norwegian vocalist Kristin Fjellseth sang in her native language... and the duo ended up editing lyrics in a language they don't speak!
