Sony Alpha a7 IV Mirrorless Digital Camera with FE 28-70mm Lens + 128GB Card + Case + Tripod + ZeeTech Accessory Bundle (International Version)

I bought this Camera excited about all that comes with it. When I opened the box, I was very disappointed with what I received. The Camera box was open without a seal. You can also see a tear in the box. I opened the box and pull the Camera and you can see visible fingerprints ont the camera, and the Lens the came with it covered with finger prints and dust. There was no manuals or any paper except for a print out asking you to download the manuals instead. You can tell this camera was used. I was outraged. I just put it back in the box and took back to Walmart with the same hour. I bought a New camera not used!. The walmart Customer service checked all the contents of the box and processed the return. I had to wait until it arrives to the theird party and gets processed until they issued me the refuned. After long 10 days and after I requested for my refund through contact seller, they finally processed my refund. After 5 days from reciving my refunds, I receive a message from JumpoBuys with false claims that it's missing charger and cables. Unbeliveable to have the audacity for such false claims. There was no way that I even try to run it. Once I found out it was a used Camera, I returned it right away. Also, the Walmart customer service made sure the charger and cables were there. I'm sure they had cameras that recorded that. I'm livid. I will never buy from this seller ever again. My mistake not paying attention to the negative feedbacks they have received.
